Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage daily air freight operations in all aspects including cargo planning and cargo claims
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers, agents and airlines in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the airfreight and logistics industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Oversee the commercial operations, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and commercial activities for senior management.
  • Responsible for cost management and overall business solution
  • Review the department performance and result

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven broad commercial and operational experience in the Air Cargo sector.
  • Possess a strong knowledge and network in the region.
  • Capable to independently expand the air freight department and make it
  • profitable/increase profitability.
  • You have a good understanding of transportation industry and in particular, international
  • air freight, shipping specifics and related cost and revenue drivers
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proven track record of sales in a similar role in air freight forwarding industry
