Position : Senior Finance & Tax Manager (Textile Manufacture)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Manager Finance and Tax to lead and manage the financial operations and Indonesian tax affairs of our company. The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations, along with hands-on experience in handling tax audits, assessments, and disputes with Indonesian authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance: Manage finance function including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

Ensure compliance with PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and company financial policies.

Maintain robust internal controls and financial processes.

Manage treasury, working capital, and banking relationships.

Support statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely closure with no major audit findings.

Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions and planning.

Taxation (Indonesia-specific):

Manage end-to-end tax compliance including Corporate Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh 21, 23, 4(2)), and other applicable local taxes.

Handle tax audits, investigations, objections, and appeals with Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP).

Liaise effectively with Indonesian tax authorities and external tax consultants.

Monitor tax law changes and assess the impact on business operations.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and tax payments.

Implement effective tax planning and risk management strategies to optimize tax position.

Maintain and manage transfer pricing documentation in compliance with Indonesian regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 810 years in Finance & Taxation roles within Indonesia

Minimum 810 years of relevant experience in Indonesia, with proven expertise in Indonesian tax laws and dispute handling.

Strong knowledge of PSAK, local GAAP, and financial regulatory compliance in Indonesia.

Direct experience dealing with Indonesian Tax Office (DJP) on tax audits or disputes is essential.

Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and business acumen.
