Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Manager with solid hands-on experience in software sales, preferably in the HRMS/Payroll domain. The candidate should have prior experience managing a small team (2-3 members) and must be based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales of HRIS software solutions to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Jakarta and nearby regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team (2-3 members), ensuring target achievement.
  • Manage individual sales performance and targets as well as overall team targets, providing necessary coaching and corrective actions.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop a healthy sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Build strong client relationships to enable upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, support, marketing) to ensure customer success.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and local sales intelligence to HQ.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of successful sales experience in software/SaaS solutions; HRMS/Payroll product sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven team management experience (managed 2-3 team members).
  • Working knowledge with CRM Tools.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, solution selling, and B2B sales cycles.
  • The existing local business network in Jakarta will be a significant advantage.
  • Ability to manage both individual and team sales targets effectively.
  • verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-starter with high energy, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (preferred for local business engagement)
