About the job General Manager Operations
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the hotels operations operates smoothly as well as maintaining high service standards and member satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at driving growth and achieving business objectives
- Lead and manage a diverse team as well as fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee concierge/services operations and SPA as well as ensuring quality and profitability
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the leadership team
- Manage and lead all main departments such as HR, accounting, HK operational, engineering, front desk, reservation, concierge Achieve occupancy goals
- Develop and manage budgets, financial plans and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and industry regulations
- Build strong relationships with members, staff and external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with local community
- Implement new programs, services and amenities to enhance members experience
- Set from zero
- strong partnership with international and local travel agents and concierges
- strong partnership with local vendors to provide exceptional service inside and outside the villa complex manage ordering all needed for operational amenities
- Participate in marketing and brand strategy together with marketing/brand department
Requirements:
Fluent in written and verbal English communication
Proven working experience as a General Manager at star hotel or in a similar role
Strong operational skills with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to develop and execute long-term plans
Ability to report effectively to the leadership team and executive board
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
