Finance & Accounting Senior Manager

Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Senior Manager to lead financial operations for a prominent company operating in the property and real estate sector. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and tax planning, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic insight to drive growth and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Financial Reporting

• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure all financial reporting complies with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

B. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Develop, implement, and monitor the companys annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis, providing recommendations to management for corrective actions as needed.

C. Financial Analysis

• Perform financial analysis to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize overall financial performance.

D. Compliance and Auditing

• Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, and manage any findings or recommendations resulting from the audits.

E. Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and manage the companys cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for smooth operations.
• Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and improve working capital management.

F. Tax Planning and Compliance

• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in finance and accounting managerial roles.
• Experience working with Big 4 public accounting firms.
• Prior experience in the Property, Real Estate, or Developer sectors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and strong attention to detail.
