Finance Manager

Description

1. In charge monthly closing process to ensure timely submission of financial reports

2. Monitor and manage cash flow

3. Handle daily finance related issues from different departments

4. Review VAT/WHT calculations and filings

5. Review CIT filing and other statutory filings

6. Oversees the documents compliance for opening/closing stores

7. Quarterly Inventory check at store

8. In charge of yearend audit, communicate with auditors

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Licensed CPA (preferred)

2. Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting and bookkeeping roles, with a track record of process improvement and leadership

3. Proven expertise in Tax filings, Tax computation, and related tax process or documentations

4. Strong and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations

5. Fluent in English, Good attention to details, positive, willing to learn

6. Retail experience is preferred

Finance Accounting Supervisor

Description

1. Responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliation, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Monitor and manage cash flow

2. Review accounting entries by verifying and justifying reasonability of each transaction.

3. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

4. Liaise with Auditors ,Tax Agent, Bankers, keep abreast of new government policy regarding financial reporting, compliance and tax submission

5. Participate in preparing yearly audit report and tax returns.

6. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance

7. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures

8. Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

9. Ad-hoc work, assisting the Manager.

Requirement
