Job Title: Branch Manager Motorcycle Dealership

Location: Medan, North Sumatra

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Proficient in MS Office and dealership management software.
• Stay greater Medan / North Sumatra and willing to work onsite in North Sumatra.
• Can speak Hokien
