About the job Senior KOL Strategist

Responsibilities
1. Conceptualize and manage demand-driving strategy, executive and creating events involving influencers, and KOLs across beauty, technical and popular culture.
2. Brainstorm with the marketing team on how to increase the engagement by collaborating with certain KOLs.
3. Proposing endorsement options, making lists, and executing for micro, macro, mega and even celebrity KOL.
4. Guideline improvement and ensure that the team understands about the objective, strategy, and working on the daily task with a timely manner
5. Maintain all of the administrative documents: payment, contract, document filing and the data tracking.
6. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative influencer strategies
7. Liaise on new product launches by ensuring consistent press in core media categories.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
2. Experience as a Marketing Strategist/KOL Strategist for 3 years.
3. Extensive comprehension regarding content management activities.
4. Good English proficiency both in writing and speaking.
5. Excellent market acumen and up to date with the current social trends.
