Job Title: HRIS Implementation Manager
Job Summary
The HRIS Implementation Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) for clients, from initial planning and system configuration through go-live and post-implementation support. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery aligned with business and HR requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Implementation Management

Lead and manage the full HRIS implementation lifecycle for clients.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase.

Gather, analyze, and document client HR and business requirements.

Provide consultative recommendations to align HRIS solutions with client processes.
3. System Configuration & Testing

Oversee system configuration based on agreed requirements.

Coordinate with technical teams on data migration, system integration, and customization.

Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to go-live.
4. Training & Documentation

Conduct system training sessions for administrators and end users.

Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support

Manage and support system go-live activities.

Ensure system stability during the initial post-implementation period.

Facilitate handover to the customer support team and manage issue escalation when required.
6. Internal Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams.

Collect client feedback to support product enhancement and continuous improvement.

Provide regular project status updates and reports to management.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in HRIS, ERP, or SaaS implementation projects.
Experience leading a team, min 2 years -
Strong understanding of HR processes such as payroll, attendance, leave management, BPJS, and tax (PPh 21).

Proven experience managing client-facing projects.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
