About the job Environment & Sanitation Control
This position is esponsible for implementing and controlling Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs integrated with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles within the Industrial Park. This role ensures a safe, healthy, sustainable, and environmentally responsible industrial area by maintaining regulatory compliance, managing environmental and occupational safety risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the park and its tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement EHS programs aligned with ESG policies and industrial park operational standards.
- Monitor occupational health and safety (OHS) practices, environmental management activities, and EHS compliance among tenants.
- Conduct routine inspections, field monitoring, and internal audits related to EHS and park management.
- Identify workplace hazards, safety risks, and environmental impacts, and perform risk assessments.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and environmental occurrences, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee industrial park cleanliness, green spaces, drainage systems, and public facilities from environmental and safety perspectives.
- Monitor the management of hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste.
- Deliver EHS and ESG awareness programs, training sessions, and campaigns for employees, tenants, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with government agencies, consultants, and external parties regarding permits, audits, and EHS compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation and submission of environmental documentation and reports, including AMDAL, UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, and periodic ESG reporting.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and overall industrial park management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Urban & Regional Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, HSE, HS, or Occupational Health & Safety functions.
- Strong understanding of EHS, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of ESG principles and their implementation within industrial park or industrial operations.
- Experience with Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems.
- Ability to conduct EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.
- Experience in preparing EHS, ESG, and environmental compliance reports and documentation.
- General OHS (K3) Certification or Certified OHS Expert certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, discipline, consistency, assertiveness, and problem-solving capability.
