About the role

As the HR Manager at a leading company in the beauty and personal care industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizations human capital strategy. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee development to performance management and compliance. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programmes to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and address HR-related challenges.
  • Continuously analyse HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development. 

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry. 
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and best practices in human resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Proven track record in implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement and productivity. 
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and data analysis tools.
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR or a relevant discipline would be an advantage.
