Key Responsibilities

Define and implement operational and tactical business development goals to drive sustainable growth in the Indonesia market.

Identify and develop new potential customers across Indonesia.

Act as the primary point of contact for all business development activities in the Indonesia market.

Drive new product seeding within existing customer accounts.

Conduct market and trend analysis, including APIs, excipients, finished products, and competitor landscape.

Communicate sales progress, achievements, risks, and challenges clearly to key stakeholders.

Monitor and manage sales KPIs and targets.

Prospect and onboard new customers while expanding the number of projects with existing clients.

Prepare and manage monthly sales forecasts.

Monitor customer purchase orders, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with the logistics team to resolve any issues.

Lead initiatives to strengthen the companys understanding of technical and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical market, positioning Molkem as a preferred API supplier.

Define and execute sales strategies, including product portfolio selection and optimal sales channels for Indonesia.

Conduct research on potential customers, products, and market opportunities.

Handle all activities related to commercial operations in the assigned market.
