About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join a leading manufacturer and exporter of metal hand tools and steel files. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and distributors, driving sales growth, and expanding the company's market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new business opportunities with tools dealers, paint dealers, and lubricant dealers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.

Understand trade margins and pricing structures to ensure profitability.

Conduct regular market visits and travel within the assigned region to meet clients and develop business opportunities.

Contribute to brand promotion and product awareness initiatives.

Report sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights to the Sales & Marketing Head.

Work independently to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2 - 3 years of experience in sales within the tools, hardware, or related B2B industry.

Strong networking skills and the ability to connect with distributors and trade partners.

Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to work independently.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
