Role Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Tax Manager to lead our accounting, treasury and tax strategy. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting while maintaining strict compliance with local and international tax laws as well as maintaining sufficient cash flow to meet company requirement.

Job Description

• Financial Reporting & Closing: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes ensuring compliance with Indonesia & International Accounting Standards and commit with group deadline
• Audit : leading annual statutory audit
• Tax Compliance & Strategy: Prepare and review tax returns (VAT, Corporate
• Income Tax, Withholding Tax). Manage tax audits, dispute, and advise on tax- efficient strategies, keep up with the latest update of tax policies
• Accounting & Internal Control: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts
• Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). Develop internal controls for accurate financial data
• Cash Management: Managing cash flow and credit lines to meet company requirements, maintain relationships with banking, keep up with the latest update of banking policies
• Budgeting & Analysis: Develop budgets, cash flow forecasts, and perform variance analysis to guide management decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to improve performance and operational efficiency
• Adhoc : Involve on any project such as ERP system implementation, any audits, any projects which need finance involvement

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• Minimum 5-7 years in Finance/Accounting/Taxation, with previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
• Brevet A & B is essential; CPA or CA is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, PPNBM) and PSAK/ IAS
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
