Finance and Account Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, smelting, or mining sectors. 

This role requires strong technical expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis, along with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. 

Multilingual communication skills, especially in English and Chinese, are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Conduct financial and variance analysis to support business decisions.

Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Utilize ERP systems for financial data management and reporting.

Present financial insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Industry experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Smelting, or Mining is preferred.

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Expertise in financial & variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.

Soft Skills
Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
Clear and eective communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
