About the Role
As an IT Support professional at a leading company in the beauty and personal care industry, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the companys IT operations. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support across retail stores, warehouses, and office operations, ensuring all systems and devices run smoothly to support the business.
Responsibilities:
- Possess strong knowledge of networking and system troubleshooting.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot networks, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Install and support IT devices such as CCTV, printers, PCs, POS systems, IP cameras, and IP telephones.
- Manage and support SQL Server (any version required).
- Provide IT support to operational teams at shops and warehouses, particularly for IT and networking issues.
- Maintain IT assets and related databases.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Good command of the English language.
- Minimum Diploma degree.
- At least 3 - 5 years of hands-on, relevant IT support experience.
- Experience in the retail industry to better understand business needs.
- Willing to work and be stationed exclusively in the Soekarno–Hatta Airport area.
