Overview
The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will play a vital role in strengthening the schools brand presence and supporting enrollment growth through strategic digital initiatives. This position combines creativity, technical marketing skills, and a strong understanding of digital trends to produce compelling content and impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creative Development
- Conceptualize and execute content ideas that communicate the schools identity, values, and unique academic offerings.
- Produce and edit visual content, such as highlight videos, student features, and event recaps to enhance storytelling across digital channels.
- Ensure every piece of content reflects the schools tone, visual identity, and communication standards.
- Plan and manage content shoots, including coordination with teachers, students, and event teams.
2. Digital Presence & Community Engagement
- Oversee day-to-day management of all official digital platforms, ensuring consistent posting and high-quality engagement.
- Build meaningful interactions with parents, students, and prospective families through timely responses and community-driven content.
- Introduce creative formats (Reels, short videos, behind-the-scenes, success stories, etc.) to elevate engagement and reach.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with internal school clubs, departments, and student ambassadors.
3. Performance Marketing & Campaign Optimization
- Develop and run digital campaigns that support enrollment seasons, open houses, school programs, and branding initiatives.
- Optimize paid advertising performance with targeted audience segmentation and A/B testing.
- Utilize keyword strategies and SEO enhancements to strengthen the schools online visibility.
- Coordinate landing pages or campaign microsites to support lead generation efforts.
4. Insights, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate digital content and campaign performance using analytics tools to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Present monthly insights to the Marketing team, highlighting growth opportunities and recommended improvements.
- Maintain competitive benchmarking to understand how other schools or education brands position themselves digitally.
- Explore new digital trends, tools, and formats that can enhance the schools online storytelling and credibility.
5. Marketing Support & Cross-Campus Collaboration
- Work closely with academic and administrative teams to gather stories, achievements, and program updates for digital amplification.
- Provide marketing support during school events, including on-site content capture, live coverage, and post-event digital wrap-ups.
- Contribute ideas during marketing planning sessions, ensuring the digital strategy aligns with enrollment targets and community engagement goals.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, content production, or related creative fields.
- Familiarity with education, lifestyle, youth-oriented brands, or service industries is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Skilled in video editing, photography, and visual content production.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Ability to run paid ads (Google, Meta) and analyze performance metrics.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website management tools.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Soft Skills
