Junior Mine Engineer

Location: Central Kalimantan (Ampah Kota)

Our client is a leading multinational coal mining company primarily involved in coal mining operations in Kalimantan.

Role Summary:

Provides technical support for mine planning and production monitoring activities, ensuring alignment between design and field execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in short-term mine planning and monitor execution in the field.

- Collect, validate, and analyze production and operational data.

- Support pit design updates and operational optimization initiatives.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.

- Coordinate with survey, geology, and operations teams.

- Support cost control and productivity improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of experience.

- Familiar with mine planning software (e.g. Surpac, Deswik, Micromine).

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Willing to work on-site in a remote location on a 8:2 roster.
