We are currently partnering with a fast-growing local beauty brand known for its innovative, high-quality cosmetic products and strong consumer engagement across Indonesia. The company has built a loyal following through creative campaigns and trend-driven product lines, and they're now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to elevate their brand presence even further.

This role will lead the full spectrum of 360° marketing activities from strategy to execution across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in building brand impact within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Brand Activation).

  • Plan and manage promotional events, product launches, and brand activations to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent brand messaging and creative campaigns.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across all channels.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the beauty industry.

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, events).

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning within the beauty segment.

  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with a strong analytical approach to measuring marketing effectiveness.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
