Indonesia Country Lead

One of our client , leading e-commerce portal for eyewear is looking for Country Lead , detail as below :

Responsibilities:

• Set up  strategy and retail / shopper research in preparation for launch.

• Lias with Developers and landlords to secure ideal store locations within budget

• Project Management for Store set-up and openings for a successful launch

• Gather market information to plan marketing and merchandising needs for the market

• Build 360   launch plan in Indonesia

• Share insights on the optical market by observing the landscape including details on products and marketing strategies.

• Set up  Indonesia market team and structure together with SG HUB including salary benchmarking

• Liaising with mall/store owners to get the lease done

Requirements:

• Experience in the retail industry in Indonesia, finding and setting up stores- preferably in fashion (or related) industry

• Retail staff management in Indonesia

• Good understanding of consumers/ shoppers in Indonesia

• Analytical skills

• Proficiency in excel, email management

• Attention to detail in retail operations

• Team spirit

• Entrepreneurial experience preferred

• BSc in Business or related field (Graduated)

Reporting to - CBO South East Asia
