About our Client

Our client is a growing AI-native PR & marketing intelligence company based out of Singapore. They help brands predict, steer, and win narratives in real time. They are present in Singapore and Malaysia. This position will be based in Jakarta as the 1st member of our team in Indonesia.

About the Role

This position will be the first Jakarta-based member of our consultancy team— meaning you'll help shape our Indonesia playbooks, client standards, and delivery culture, with a clear pathway to a more senior role as we scale.

Job Description

• PR Campaign management - campaigns will primarily be held virtually with minimal off-site media activations. You'll be servicing clients across Indonesia and Malaysia while helping to write exciting features to tell the untold stories of brilliant founders in the region.
• Independently managing multiple small campaigns (with the guidance of your seniors).
• Able to proficiently use our AI tools to supplement their writing and increase overall efficiency.
• Business development. Help get new clients for the company.

Job Requirements

• Experienced PR Consultants with 3-5 years of experience in PR agencies
• Candidate must be proficient in English
• Experience servicing Indonesian clients and navigating local stakeholder dynamics.
• Familiarity with LLMs and digital tools
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams; organized and calm under pressure.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with experience using CRM tools
• Demonstrated media relationships across Indonesia (business, tech, startup, consumer, or vertical beats).
• Experience leading small accounts independently or managing juniors.
• Comfortable with data-informed communications (measurement mindset, narrative monitoring instincts).
