Visual Content Editor

Our client is a real estate marketing specialist that focuses on creating immersive visual content to elevate property presentations. Their work includes high-quality 3D virtual tours, cinematic FPV drone footage, and dynamic visual story telling, helping developers and property owners showcase spaces in the most engaging and compelling way possible.

Responsibilities:

- Edit a wide range of video content, including property walkthroughs, FPV drone footage, 360° videos, reels, and short-form visual stories.

- Retouch and enhance photos to showcase properties using HDR techniques and brand-aligned visuals.

- Adapt visual assets for immersive experiences such as VR and interactive virtual tours.

- Regularly explore and apply AI tools and editing plugins through ongoing tutorials.

- Maintain organized archives, manage version control, and deliver polished, professional-quality files.

- Respond quickly to creative feedback and consistently refine your work.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in industry-standard tools like DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or Lightroom

- English speaking proficiency is a must

- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, including AI-based software and creative plugins

- A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition

- Flexibility and openness to feedback with the ability to meet deadlines

- Bonus: experience with motion graphics and 360° video production is a strong plus
