Junior Merchandiser

We are currently assisting our client, a prestigious retail luxury products company, in the search for a highly motivated Junior Merchandiser to join their growing team.

As a Junior Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the companys products are represented at the highest standard in stores, while driving sales performance through impactful merchandising strategies and market insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the luxury retail industry and contribute to building an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and promotional campaigns to ensure optimal product display and brand positioning.

• Manage inventory efficiently, including restocking, stock rotation, and coordinating credits for damaged or unused promotional items.

• Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships by addressing inquiries, handling special requests, and supporting training needs.

• Collaborate with sales representatives to enhance promotions through creative merchandising strategies, end-cap displays, and unique promotional concepts.

• Execute and oversee store merchandising activities, including setup and dismantling of fixtures, stock management, and maintaining brand presentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level).

• Experience using SAP is required.

• Previous experience in retail and luxury brands is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare competitive analysis and distribute weekly performance reports.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends and implement effective merchandising solutions.
