INTRODUCTION

Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech company in Southeast Asia, is seeking a highly capable Strategy Implementation Manager to lead the transformation of business strategies into effective operational execution with a focus on lending operations. This position plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between leaderships strategic direction and on-the-ground implementation. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in financial services, exceptional project execution skills, and a hands-on mindset to drive performance and quality across all business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Execution & Project Delivery

  • Translate business strategies into detailed implementation plans across the lending business.

  • Identify and bridge capability gaps in functions such as credit, sales, collections, and operations.

  • Act as the main executor for high-priority initiatives and directives from senior leadership.

  • Ensure the timely and successful completion of strategic projects without internal delays.

Operational Quality Management

  • Design and implement quality assurance frameworks across all lending activities.

  • Develop evaluation systems to monitor effectiveness and ensure high performance throughout the customer journey.

  • Set quality control standards to create consistency and accountability across functions.

Lending Operations & Business Excellence

  • Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with portfolio, customer, and profitability targets.

  • Lead process improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and risk control.

  • Build scalable operational systems that support business expansion while maintaining compliance.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

  • Analyze key performance metrics including loan quality, sales performance, and operational KPIs.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

  • Quickly address operational inefficiencies and compliance issues without lengthy escalations.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Team Enablement

  • Collaborate with teams across credit, sales, collections, product, and operations to address business challenges.

  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve processes based on data and feedback.

  • Coach and develop local team members to build long-term capabilities.


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 7 years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, or project delivery.

  • Background in financial services, banking, fintech, or e-commerce is preferred.

  • Strong experience in data analysis, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proficient in using project management tools and reporting platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese; good command of English is a strong advantage.

  • Based in Hanoi.
