About the Role
Our Clients are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Python and Airflow to join on-site team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines, while collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
This position requires a structured, autonomous engineer who can confidently contribute to both data architecture and software engineering decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, monitor, and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Python
  
• Build and optimize ETL workflows for data ingestion and transformation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver on data requirements
• Design scalable and maintainable data architecture solutions
• Manage and version control code using Git and Docker
• Write clean, testable, and efficient SQL and Python code
• Participate in agile processes and contribute to continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
  
• Proven experience with Airflow for task scheduling and data orchestration
• Strong understanding of software development best practices
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and SQL
• Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Fluent English speaking skills (able to communicate with the clients)
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to data engineering workflows or ETL pipelines
