Our client are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Service Reliability Engineer to join our fast-paced support team. This position demands strong coding expertise, a deep curiosity to solve problems independently, and the ability to leverage AI extensively to deliver high-quality solutions at speed. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build standalone tools/dashboards with the support team to speed up request servicing.
- Write clean, efficient code for simple integrations (e.g., 1-2 API calls).
- Use AI creatively (beyond Copilot) to boost development and tool performance.
- Figure out problems and solutions without detailed instructions.
- Deliver high-quality work fastsimple tools shouldnt take weeks.
- Maintain and improve tools as needs evolve.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5+ years of experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript (Node, NestJS, React, Vue)
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on experience configuring monitoring, dashboards, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
- Hands-on expertise with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, TensorFlow, or custom scripts) to optimize development processes..
- Problem-Solving & Curiosity:
- Proven ability to tackle vague or complex problems, proactively seeking clarity and delivering solutions without needing detailed instructions.
- A curious, analytical mindset eager to understand systems, users, and workflows deeply.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the support team and stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly under the guidance of Michael and the team.
