Job Overview and Responsibility
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Leader to join our client's fast-growing team. This role will be key to building and leading a robust marketing team to drive company growth and expand market presence by 2025. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing department, training marketing personnel, and supporting internal marketing programs to boost brand recognition and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring continuous development and alignment with company goals.
Product Marketing
- Collaborate with the product team to create and execute product marketing strategies that effectively position the company's offerings.
- Develop compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences and clearly communicates the value of products.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize market research and data analytics to make informed decisions and continuously refine marketing strategies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of marketing initiatives.
Multi-Channel Marketing
- Oversee marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, email, and traditional channels.
- Lead efforts to increase brand awareness and drive market penetration through targeted initiatives.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role with proven leadership experience.
- Previous experience in the eCommerce and SAAS industries is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, no overtime required.
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonus, 13th-month salary, public holiday bonuses (30/4, 1/5, 2/9, 1/1), and bonus for Excellent Employee and Excellent Team.
