Role Description/Duties:

Lead commercial litigation cases, including full trial representation.

Collaborate closely with the commercial litigation team to deliver strategic case management.

Manage a variety of business and commercial litigation matters, taking a proactive role in court representation.

Qualifications:

JD and active California Bar license required. *This is a remote role but candidate must live in Nevada, Oregon or Washington.*

Minimum 8-10 years of full litigation experience with a strong focus on commercial litigation.

Demonstrated courtroom expertise and strategic thinking in commercial cases.
