Currently our client, a well-established brand in the E-Commerce industry is looking for Store Expansion Specialist to join their team as descripted below:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential store locations based on the companys expansion strategy, conduct market research and site analysis in terms of foot traffic, consumer demographics, and competition to provide location recommendations
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, landlords etc for negotiations contract signing
  • Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance and smooth execution of contracts
  • Continuously gather and update market and competitor information to identify potential expansion opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate partners and key stakeholders
  • Track store expansion progress and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Support store opening preparations and collaborate with operations, engineering, and design teams for seamless handovers.
  • Regularly provide expansion progress reports and analyze expansion data to support management decisions

Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree or above in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years in retail expansion, commercial real estate, or site selection (with industry background in retail with home appliance and phone accessories products)
  • Expertise in site selection, business district analysis, lease negotiations, and project follow-ups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • Can speak English for daily communication
  • Responsible, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Strong industry network, local market knowledge, and willingness to travel.
