Job Description

• Manage KOL Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs across various platforms.
• Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement influencer marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Identify and Onboard KOLs: Research and identify relevant KOLs for specific campaigns and onboard them effectively.
• Negotiate and Manage Budgets: Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for KOL collaborations.
• Analyze Performance: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future strategies.

Requirement

• Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in KOL management or a related field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and influencer marketing strategies.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Networking: A strong network of KOLs and influencers is a plus.
• Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is often required.
