Job Description

• Be The Key Representative Of Our Client In High-level Meetings With Prominent Stakeholders To Advance Policy Goals
• Establish And Maintain Relationships With Policymakers At The National Level And External Stakeholders - Ensuring Our Client Becomes And Stays Top Of Mind In The Relevant Policy-making Processes
• Lead, Develop, And Execute Long-term Policy Strategies To Create Positive Socio-economic Impacts
• Provide Advice And Guidance On Public Policy Matters To Leadership And Cross-functional Teams
• Monitor, Analyze, And Offer Insights On Emerging Policy Issues To Solve Challenges And Ensure Effective Risk Mitigation/management

Requirement

• At least 15 years of extensive experience working with/in government/regulatory agencies in Indonesia
• Well-established networks with national policymakers and other influential stakeholders
• Proven track record in leading and accomplishing crucial policy advocacy strategies, problem-solving with a collaborative approach, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and advising on complex and emerging policy issues
• Experience in leading, managing, and developing a team
