Job Description

• Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial sector.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management within the chemical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
