Job Description

• Overviewing And Managing The Human Resources Division In Indonesia
• Work Closely With Top Management, As Well As In Contact With Headquarter HR For Highest Productivity And Quality Of Work
• Creating And Designing Effective HR Framework To Support Indonesia Operations
• Analyzing Workforce Effectiveness And Make Changes When Necessary To Align With Current Market Conditions
• Overseeing End-to-end HR Process

Requirement

• Minimum 12 years of experience within the HR function, 8 years in management position
• Previous experience in plantation refinery, downstream oils, or FMCG industry
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Proven track record of creating new HR projects or strategies
• Previous experience in strategic HR, liaising with top management, as well as engaging with stakeholders to communicate and design HR structure
