Job Description

• Develop and Implement Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. Identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and develop strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Lead and Manage Teams: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of business professionals. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the business unit, including process improvement, quality control, and risk management.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and challenges

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-8 years of working experiene in relevant field.
• Proven track record in leading and managing business units.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical abilities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
