Job Description

• Lead and guide the team in commercial analysis, including P&L management, smelter economics, and balancing raw material costs with revenue.
• Optimize the margin of nickel products by analyzing and improving commercial strategies.
• Oversee marketing efforts for nickel products and identify potential buyers for nickel matte.
• Manage commercial aspects of current and future nickel smelters, including centralizing procurement and negotiating discounts.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient movement of nickel ore.

Requirement

• Proven experience in nickel industry, with a strong emphasis on commercial analysis.
• Previous experience in marketing for mining or metals is needed.
• Expertise in optimizing top-line revenue and bottom-line costs, including contracting for logistics services.
• Proficiency in commercial analysis, P&L management, and cost-revenue balancing.
• Ability to speak Chinese is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on commercial outcomes.
