Job Description

• Creating And Implementing An End-to-end Commercial Strategy For Our Products By Growing Existing Business
• Identifying New Business Opportunities And Revenue Streams For The Company
• Managing Sales And Business Development Teams, Helping And Directing Them To Achieve Their Targets
• Monitor Performance Of Commercial Activities And Prepare Reports For Senior Management And Shareholders
• Build And Maintain Profitable Partnerships
• Establish And Maintain A System To Ensure The Accuracy And Integrity Of The Loan Portfolio And Disbursement

Requirement

• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial, focusing on productive loans
• Have strong technical and communication skills to leverage the partnership
• Have a good interpersonal skill and able to engage with shareholders and C-level
• Experience working in P2P lending, multifinance, banking and has a proven track record in growing digital lending
