Job Description

• Oversee the Purchase-to-Pay process, including order verification, invoice processing, and ERP-based transactions.
• Review and implement Fixed Assets records and policiesMonitor CIP transactions and investment records.
• Review inventory movements, stock reports, and valuation.
• Perform COGS calculation and define related journal entries for financial reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing KPI reports related to production calculations.
• Handle financial audits conducted by external auditors.

Requirement

• Male or Female, 28 years and above.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting (Masters degree is a plus).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Management role.
• Excellent understanding and implementation of Chart of Accounts (COA) per group finance manual.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision (preferred), SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
