Job Description

- Responsible on translation of document Japanese to Indonesian
-Experience in handling expatriate needs ( apartment, car, meal, etc)
-Experience handling catering and bus for all employee
-Managed daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- Make travel arrangements, business entertainment, etc.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.

Requirement

・Bachelor's degree from any major
・Min 2-3 years of experience as General Affairs
・Min JLPT N2 and Business level English
