Job Description

• Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of all operational processes.
• Oversee application optimization, ensuring efficient system performance and customer experience.
• Supervise customer service, telemarketing, and loan processing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Report on operational metrics and provide insights to the Board of Management and Founder.

Requirement

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Minimum of 5 years in an operations role, with a plus for candidates with fintech or startup experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
