Job Description

• Oversee and manage R&D projects related to adhesive formulation and development.
• Create and improve adhesive formulations, focusing on material chemistry and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze how production equipment affects product properties and overall performance.
• Evaluate different materials and alternatives to assess their influence on adhesive properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with material suppliers and industry contacts.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Research and Development, preferably in adhesives.
• Strong expertise in adhesive formulation, chemical processes, and production equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of material properties and their impact on product performance.
• Experience in managing supplier relations and material sourcing.
• Detail-oriented, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
