Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners.
- Identify and establish new distribution channels to expand market reach.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional activities and campaigns.
Logistics and Inventory Control:
- Ensure timely delivery of products to distributors and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics and distribution processes.
- Supervise and train the sales and distribution team to achieve targets.
- Provide regular performance updates and feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align strategies and goals.
- Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to assess distribution effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales and distribution activities.
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, distribution management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of distribution logistics and inventory management.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP software.
- Ability to address challenges in logistics and sales processes effectively.
- Strategic thinking to optimize distribution channels and maximize revenue.
- Willingness to travel to oversee distribution networks and meet clients.
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
