Job Description

• Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and valuations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial and performance reports for management, investors, and banking partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison with investors and banks, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Create and update marketing materials such as pitch decks and presentations for fundraising, investor communication, and loan applications.
• Conduct market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and due diligence to support investment, financing, and banking negotiations.
• Participate in project financing activities, including debt structuring and engagement with financial institutions.

Requirement

• 3-5 years of experience in finance/investments-related field (e.g. Investment Banking, Securities, Big 4 or Advisory).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
