• Managing Day-to-day Activity And Calendar Of Your Reporting Line
• Managing In And Out Communication On Behalf Of The Executive
• Making Arrangements From Travel To Meetings To Ensure Smoothness Of Activities And Business Processes

Requirement

• 3+ years in secretarial position
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Experience in a mining company is an added value
• High attention to detail
