Job Description:
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content requirements for e-learning courses.
Understand and deliver material that has been prepared by the insider talent team.
Provide clear explanations, real examples, and practical exercises to help participants apply sales concepts on the TikTok platform, and how to increase audience interest.
Presents information, concepts and processes through a clear and attractive presentation on the front camera.
Deliver content confidently, articulately and engagingly while maintaining a professional and approachable approach.
Use effective communication techniques, such as voice modulation, body language, and eye contact, to increase audience engagement and understanding.
Perform practical mapping, simulations, and examples that illustrate complex concepts or procedures.
Collaborate with content creators and instructional designers to review manuscripts, provide feedback, and suggest improvements for clarity and effectiveness.
Stay ahead of e-learning trends, video production techniques, and instructional design best practices.
Look for opportunities to improve your on-camera presentation skills, communication techniques, and subject matter knowledge.
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in digital marketing, sales, or related field, preferably in the technology or social media industry. A proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and driving sales growth is essential.
In-depth knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media advertising, and analytics software. Familiarity with the TikTok platform and its advertising capabilities is highly desirable.
Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and apply them to improve marketing and sales performance. Experience with A/B testing and performance metrics is important.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that suit TikTok's diverse user base
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages and convey them effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-evolving social media environment, with a proactive approach to identifying and exploiting new opportunities.
