We are seeking motivated Recruitment Consultant Interns for a 3-month contract to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle. Your role will be pivotal in sourcing top talent and creating a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Expertise: Employ various techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates. Utilize online platforms, professional networks, and industry resources to build a strong candidate pool. Understand the specific skills and experience required for each role.
- Candidate Qualification: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit based on job descriptions and company requirements. Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews to gather more details and evaluate qualifications. Collaborate with the recruitment team to advance candidates for further consideration.
- Pipeline Development: Contribute to creating and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. Develop strategies to proactively engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships. Assist in organizing and managing candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Business Insight: Gain a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and its role within the organization. Observe and learn about various recruitment methodologies and strategies. Develop a strong grasp of our company culture and values to effectively connect with candidates.
Job Requirements:
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and relationship building.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for research and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer use; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to grow within the industry.
