Job Description

Currently our client who is a well-established brand in the beauty industry is looking for Assistant Production Manager Printing & Packaging in Surabaya area as descripted below:

• Assisting in planning, organizing, and supervising the production process.
• Ensuring products meet company quality standards through regular inspections and testing.
• Controlling raw material inventory and coordinating the ordering process.
• Ensuring machines are in good condition and ready for use, and coordinating with the maintenance team.

Job Requirements

• Holds a bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role as an assistant manager.
• Proficiency in business process analysis for printing & packaging.
• Familiarity with sales & marketing, operations, R&D, supply management, and comfortable with target-driven environments.
• Experience in the packaging industry.
• Job location in Surabaya.
