Job Description

• Develop And Implement Procurement Strategies And Plans In Alignment With Project Objectives And Timelines
• Lead The Procurement Team In The Execution Of Procurement Activities, Including Sourcing, Supplier Selection, Contract Negotiation, And Purchase Order Placement
• Coordinate With Project Management, Engineering, And Construction Teams To Ensure That Procurement Activities Are Aligned With Project Requirements And Timelines
• Manage Supplier Relationships, Including Supplier Performance Evaluations And Corrective Action Plans
• Monitor And Report On Procurement Progress And Performance, Including Cost, Schedule, And Quality
• Ensure Compliance With Company Procurement Policies And Procedures, As Well As Applicable Laws And Regulations
• Identify And Mitigate Procurement Risks

Requirement

• Min. Bachelor's degree. Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement at EPC, especially mining related projects
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience with procurement software and tools
• Strong ethics and integrity is non-negotiable
• Fluent in Bahasa and English Language
