Job Description

  • Leading And Manage The Procurement Function Within The Organization.
  • Develop And Implement Procurement Strategies, Manage Vendor Relationships, Optimizing Purchasing Processes, And Ensuring Cost-effective And Efficient Procurement Practices.
  • Identify Cost-saving Opportunities And Sustainable Sourcing Initiatives.
  • Oversee The Entire Procurement Process, From Requisition To Purchase Order Issuance.
  • Ensure Compliance With Procurement Policies, Regulations, And Ethical Standards.
  • Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Understand Their Procurement Needs And Requirements.
  • Develop And Implement Cost-control Measures To Optimize Procurement Expenses.
  • Continuously Assess Market Conditions And Trends To Make Informed Decisions.

Requirement

  • At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a any related field
  • In-depth knowledge logistics and purchasing operations.
  • Must have strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Must have good analytical and with good problem solving skills.
  • Must be good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
