Job Description

• Evaluating And Executing M&A And Other Investment Opportunities
• Analyzing Valuation And Returns
• Oversight Of Transaction Due Diligence
• Preparing The Company To Go IPO And Its Running Process
• Set Financial Targets For Fundraising Activities, And Create Strategies For Reaching Them
• Managing Relationships With Banks And Other Stakeholders On Financing Requirements
• Collaborate With Senior Leadership And Prioritize Departmental Activities To Meet Organizational Goals

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA degree would be highly preferable
• Over 5 years experience of both Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience is a MUST
• Have had experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handled deals projects directly and successfully delivered
• Have vast network within capital market
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
