Job Description:
- Monitor Daily Cash Balances And Forecast Future Cash Needs.
- Execute Cash Management Strategies To Optimize Liquidity And Maximize Returns On Surplus Funds.
- Manage Cash Pooling, If Applicable, To Consolidate Funds And Reduce Borrowing Costs.
- Maintain Relationships With Banks And Financial Institutions.
- Negotiate Banking Terms And Services To Minimize Costs And Improve Efficiency.
- Stay Updated On Industry Trends And Regulatory Changes That May Impact Banking Relationships.
- Analyze Financial Data And Market Trends To Make Informed Decisions On Investments, Debt Management, And Risk Mitigation.
- Prepare Financial Reports And Provide Insights To Senior Management.
- Develop And Implement Risk Management Strategies To Mitigate Financial Risks, Such As Interest Rate And Foreign Exchange Risks.
- Monitor And Manage The Organization's Exposure To Various Financial Risks.
- Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements Related To Treasury Operations.
- Stay Informed About Changes In Financial Regulations And Adapt Treasury Practices Accordingly.
- Prepare Cash Flow Forecasts To Support Budgeting And Financial Planning Activities.
- Identify And Address Potential Cash Flow Gaps Or Surpluses.
- Manage The Organization's Investment Portfolio, If Applicable, To Maximize Returns While Maintaining A Suitable Level Of Risk.
- Evaluate Investment Opportunities And Recommend Appropriate Investments.
- Monitor Existing Debt Obligations, Including Bonds, Loans, And Credit Facilities.
- Recommend Strategies To Optimize Debt Structures And Reduce Borrowing Costs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CTP certification may be preferred).
- Open for fresh graduates.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in SAP or MP 940.
- Experience in treasury management, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, banking operations, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in using treasury management software and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
